Shipping Policy

At MeMe’s Crown & Glory, we strive to get your handcrafted hair and beard care products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

• Orders are shipped promptly to ensure your products arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship via USPS:

• USPS First-Class Mail: 2–5 business days (for orders under 16 oz)

• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

• USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days (overnight shipping available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

3. Shipping Costs
For our 8oz bottles:

• USPS First-Class Mail: $6.95

• USPS Priority Mail: $12.95

• USPS Priority Mail Express: $24.95

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order and chosen shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can track your package directly through the USPS website.

5. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within the United States.

• We plan to expand international shipping in the future.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at memescrownandglory@gmail.com.

• We will assist in filing a claim with USPS and work toward a replacement solution.

• Please note that once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for theft or misdelivery.
