Refund Policy

At MeMe’s Crown & Glory, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each product is carefully handcrafted with natural ingredients to ensure quality and freshness. Because of the nature of our products, we follow a no returns or exchanges policy once items have been opened or used.

1. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair or beard care products once they have left our facility.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at memescrownandglory@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

We’ll be happy to review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

3. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
We will help file a claim with USPS and work toward a replacement solution.

Please note that once the package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or misdelivery.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only approved in rare cases (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
